Bottle Logic “Infinite Variables” (12.7% ABV, 25 IBU) – A rich Heaven Hill barrel-aged stout inspired by the Carioca pastry, featuring chocolate, spiced coconut, and bourbon-soaked caramel with notes of Tahitian vanilla, toasted rice, and amburana spices.
Breakside “Somebody New in The Old West” (14.1% ABV, 24 IBU) – A bold blend of Imperial Rye Stout, Oat Stout, Imperial Wheat Porter, and Milk Stout, aged in Tennessee Whiskey and Kentucky Bourbon barrels for deep complexity.
Alesmith “Speedway Stout Vietnamese Coffee BA Stout” (14.2% ABV, 70 IBU) – Bourbon barrel-aged Speedway Stout infused with bold Vietnamese coffee, layering chocolate, oak, vanilla, and warming bourbon.
Fort George “Spreading Roots” (13% ABV) – A 25th Anniversary collaboration blending Imperial Stout and Barleywine, aged 12–23 months in Russell’s Reserve, Westward, Westland, and Freeland Whiskey barrels.
Bombastic “Bukwus” (16% ABV, 43 IBU) – A massive Imperial Stout aged 14 months in Kentucky Bourbon barrels, delivering a smooth, boozy finish with rich barrel character.
Great Notion “6 P.M.” (13.8% ABV) – An Imperial Stout aged 30 months in Blanton’s Bourbon barrels, finished with Oregon blueberry and coconut cream for a unique, decadent profile.
Fremont “1765” (13.9% ABV, 46 IBU) – A complex Stout and Golden Barleywine blend, aged in Woodford Reserve and Knob Creek barrels, infused with Brazilian coffee and ex-bourbon vanilla extract barrels.
Hubbard’s Cave “Vanilla Skyline” (12% ABV) – A smooth bourbon barrel-aged stout, enhanced with pronounced vanilla bean notes for a well-balanced, decadent experience.
Reuben’s “Three Rye’s Men” (13.7% ABV) – An award-winning barleywine brewed with multiple types of rye, aged in whiskey barrels, and showcasing rich malt-driven caramel, chocolate, and warming spice.
Hair of the Dog “Cherry Adam from the Wood” (13.5% ABV) – A legendary Strong Ale aged 15 months in Bourbon and Sherry casks with locally grown black cherries, offering deep, complex dark fruit character.

UNTITLED ART * Non-Alcoholic Super Kölsch-Style - Waunakee, Wisconsin

EZIO CERRUTI * 2023 RiFol Rosato -Piedmont, Italy
Gentle, Pretty & Dry
A beautiful sparkling rosato comprised almost entirely of white grapes, the wine gets its pink hue from a dash of Freisa added to the blend. This is an unfined and unfiltered wine with floral flavors and blood orange and cranberry with a tinge of herbs (from the Freisa) carried with a gentle fizz. 12.0% ABV
